Some of you may be surprised to learn that I, the daughter and sister of two scrapbooking queens, have never scrapbooked before (well, that's not entirely true - my SWEET ABC book I did in middle school!). My friend Ellie is also a scrapbookER and has been trying to get me started for a while, and finally last night I got to put my cool Christmas gifts to use! SO yesterday afternoon/evening/night we had an extremely hilarious/fun/productive night!
Ellie and I were scrapbooking, while Alli, Stephen and Karyn hung out with us in the living room. (this evening included a Michael's/Starbucks run, and a very intense game of "Mister Bolliball")
I decided to start with New Attitude (tho I'll probably work backwards some) since it is fresh and I was inspired. So, it ended up being alot more fun and relaxing than I expected. I've actually hand crafted art books before, which is fun but takes a lot of work, this was all together a different experience, I found out.

Interesting. I've been thinking about doing some scrapbooking as a hobby. I've lived doing crafts in the past and this seems like something that would be fun to do during my free time.

Scrapbooking is pretty neat because it's like art and it gives you more insight into a situation then just pictures. I like it though I haven't scrapbooked for years and years. Maybe even four! I need to pick that up again. I love the pictures! Totally captures you guys, what fun! I love blogs, I love looking at your blog, I love looking at your face, I love you! :-*
Yay! You have come to the dark side...I mean you are finally starting to scrapbook!!! (Wow, that was kind of scary...my boys and their Star Wars obsession is rubbing off on me!!!)

awe, that is really cool! I like to scrapbook too but, I am not that great at it! My sister is AMAZING at it! Apparently she got all the scrapbookin' skills! :-)
Scrapbooking is awesome!!! I have been doing it all this week. We should have a scrapbooking night soon!
